La Paz Batchoy

This is a quick Oriental chicken noodle recipe that is easy to cook and well loved by the whole family. You will definitely like the soupy and beef taste that is very nutritious too. The ingredients you will need, are listed as follows.
- 5 cups of water
- 1/4 kilo pork sliced (kasim)
- 1/4 kilo pork liver sliced
- 5 cups Pork Broth
- 1 kilo La Paz Batchoy noodles, cooked
- 1/4 kilo shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 pcs hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp. fried garlic
- 1 tbsp. spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicharon (pork rinds)
Now Let's Cook!
Boil pork and liver slices until tender with a cups of Pork Broth. Set aside. Arrange cooked egg noodles in serving bowls. Top with pork strips, liver and shrimp. Pour in flavorful broth. Garnish with eggs, garlic, spring onions and chicharon (pork rinds).
